2016 CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game - Philadelphia

The fifth annual CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game took place in Philadelphia on Sept. 22, 2016. U.S. Hockey Hall of Famers and former Philadelphia Flyers John LeClair and Mark Howe served as the game's celebrity coaches, with Team LeClair topping Team Howe, 6-4.

Headlining the game's roster was Casey Mittelstadt (Eden Prairie, Minn.), who netted two goals to earn Most Valuable Player honors. Mittelstadt would go on to be the first 2016 AAPG player to hear his name called at the 2017 NHL Draft when the Buffalo Sabres selected him eighth overall. 

Overall, 24 players from the game heard their names called in the NHL Draft, including five first-rounders, three second-round selections and eight third-round choices.
